Top Business Apps Performance in Hungary Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the business app landscape in Hungary showed varied trends among the top five applications on the unified platform. This analysis draws on data from Sensor Tower to provide insights into downloads and active user metrics.

MVM Next experienced a peak in weekly downloads during early November, reaching approximately 28.5K. However, this was followed by a gradual decline towards the end of the year, closing with about 9.1K downloads. Active users for MVM Next showed a consistent rise, peaking at around 442.6K in mid-December.

Microsoft Authenticator demonstrated a steady climb in downloads, culminating in a peak of 43.1K in the final week of December. Active users also increased, reaching a high of approximately 468K in mid-December.

GLS Hungary saw a significant rise in weekly downloads in early December, with numbers hitting over 16.9K. This growth was a standout trend for the app during the quarter.

Packeta showed a consistent pattern in downloads, peaking at 14.4K in early December. Active users for Packeta fluctuated, but a notable increase was observed towards the end of the quarter, reaching a high of 160.6K.

Microsoft Teams had varied download metrics, with a notable decrease towards the end of December, finishing the quarter with approximately 1.7K downloads. Active users showed a similar trend, with a substantial drop by the end of the year, closing at around 349K.
